Seasonal Camping Rates
- Based on two (2) people, water and electric 2 days per week…….$2350.00
- Additional campers-18 years and older add $215.00 per
- 15-18 years add $170.00 per, 5-14 years add $105.00 per
- Additional nights above two(2) per week…..$30.00- $25.00 Discount weeks
All-season camping rates
- Based on two (2) people, water and electric all week for 22 weeks……$3400.00
- Additional campers-18 years and older $345.00 per
- 15-18 years add $325.00 per, 5-14 years add $200.00 per
- Additional nights during discount weeks…..$25.00
- If full time seasonal is desired after the season starts, prices will be adjusted accordingly and 15% added
- 5% discount on either option if paid in full by May 16th 2025

Cabin rentals include a picnic table, fire ring, A/C, small refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, outdoor water next to the cabin, and BBQ grill. NO PETS.
RV Rental
- Based on two (2) adults

Rental RV has running water, heat, refrigerator, stove top and oven, microwave, BBQ grill, coffee pot, A/C, picnic table, fire ring. NO PETS.
Rental Unit Rules
- Rental Unit refers to Cabins, and RV.
- NO Smoking in any rental unit.
- No Pets.
- No other camping outside of rental units.
- Contact management if additional space is needed.
- No cooking inside of cabins except for microwavable items.
- Campers need to supply their own linens for rental units.
- Damages to units will be charged accordingly.
- Lost keys will be charged $5.00.
- Service charge of $15.00 will apply if a cancellation is not made within 2 weeks.
- No shows will be billed in full and recommended to refuse future bookings.
- A 6% sales tax and 4% hotel tax will be added to all rental invoices.
Winter Storage
- Winter Storage RV or Boat, November through March…..$300.00/5 months
- Or $75.00/month.
- Seasonal rate for winter months storage…….$235.00
Septic pump outs
- Sign up at office for pump out during week ahead…..$15.00
- Emergency pump outs on weekends…...$25.00
- Call in’s during week after Wednesday…..$20.00
